Proper execution of an order requires a payment via a bank transfer or using a charge card online. The products will then be delivered in accordance with ordinary conditions.
- Before you make a purchase, you must register. We protect your personal data that you state in the registration in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. All information will be used only for our own needs, verification of the order, and delivery of the goods.
- The customer can withdraw from the purchase contract in accordance with Act No. 367/2000 Coll. within 14 days after accepting the goods without stating any reason whatsoever. If the customer decides to withdraw from the purchase contract within the stated period of time, he/she must comply with the conditions stated in the Complaint Rules of SexshopJoy.com
- We provide a 24-month warranty on all sold goods pursuant to compliance with the conditions stated in the instruction manual and business and complaint conditions.
- Time of delivery shall start running upon confirmation of the given order by the seller. Orders placed on weekdays between 9.00 a.m. and do 4.00 p.m. are dispatched on the same day. Time of delivery in other cases is determined based on an individual agreement (holidays, weekends).

- Cancellation of an order and withdrawing from the purchase contract is possible under certain conditions.
- Cancellation within 12 hours after placing the order: customer cancels his order by e-mail or by phone at the stated contact number. Consequently, a message will be sent confirming successful cancellation of the order. If the purchase amount has been already paid, the money will be refunded via bank transfer. In such a case, no cancellation fee shall be charged.
- Cancellation as a result of not honoring the delivery time: in case that the goods were not delivered at the agreed time and it is a fault of SexshopJoy.com, the customer shall be entitled to withdraw from the contract, shall not be charged any cancellation fees, and shall be refunded the amount he paid in full.
- Cancellation passed 12 hours after placing the order: if the customer applies for cancellation of his order later than 12 hours after confirmation of the order have elapsed, he shall be charged a cancellation fee in the amount of 25% of the price of the given goods, however, at least 15 Euro. This fee shall be demanded exclusively from the customer who placed the order and can be possibly recovered in accordance with valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and European Union.
- Not accepting ordered articles, cancellation without reason: in case that the goods have already been sent and the customer cancels his order, does not accepts the goods, refuses to accept the goods within the defined period of time from the forwarding or delivery agent, or if the shipment could not be delivered because of an unmarked mail box or door bell. In such a case, the customer shall be obliged to pay a cancellation fee in the amount of 60% of the price of the given goods, however, at least 25 Euro. These fees will be recovered in accordance with valid legal regulations of the Czech Republic and European Union.
- The customer shall be obliged to check the goods for obvious signs of damage. If he finds such signs, he shall immediately inform SexshopJoy.com about it and proceed in accordance with the Complaint Rules.
- All prices are stated in Euro and include VAT; eventual discounts and sales can not be combined.
- The customer acknowledges that, when purchasing so-called special goods, especially used underwear and erotic aids, there is a risk of decreased quality of the product; customer acknowledges that no warranty is provided for such goods.
- The customer agrees that he is purchasing the goods on his own risk, for his own needs, and will not further used the goods in an intimate manner. The seller shall not be responsible for the hygienic quality of used products and shall bear no responsibility for possible health hazards related to an unsuitable use of the product by the buyer.
- 14. By confirming the order, the customer declares that he made the order on his own free will, that there were no imperceptibly inconvenient conditions imposed by the seller at the time of sale, and that he agrees with all conditions, especially conditions of use, Complaint Rules and general business conditions of SexshopJoy.com.
- The 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase contract without a reason and to receive full refund for the purchased goods shall not apply to DVD and VHS carriers and special goods stated in Point 12 of the SexshopJoy.com business conditions.
Complaint Rules - The customer is obliged to use the products only for the purpose that they are designed for. Incompetent manipulation, incompetent interventions, or insufficient hygienic care of the product significantly decreases or completely repeals the right for complaint
- The products sold in SexshopJoy.com are, by their nature, demanding for hygienic care. Properly placed complaint requires complete and undamaged product and it must not be in contradiction to general hygienic principals with regard to the nature of the given product.
- If a defect occurs within the warranty period, the customer shall have the right to claim the defect and he should do so without any unnecessary delay directly at SexshopJoy.com. The warranty period shall be 24 months and shall start running as of the day of receiving the order.
- The customer shall be entitled to a complaint process that is governed by the Complaint Rules. If the defect is acknowledged as substantiated, the customer will be offered a discount, provided that the functionality of the product is not decreased. When the period determined for the complaint proceedings expires, the customer shall also have the right to request a refund of the entire purchase price or an exchange of the defected product for the same one or a different one in the same price range.
- The complaint shall be settled, including fixing the defects, without any unnecessary delay, within 30 days after the complaint is submitted, at the latest. An exception to this rule shall apply only if the product is sent for an expert evaluation to its manufacturer or to another subject. In such a case, the seller shall be obliged to inform the buyer about such facts and the time period for settling the complaint shall be extended for a period of time that is necessary to settle it.

This purchase price is reduced by the shipping and handling fee, which is paid by SexshopJoy.com. The final refund amount is calculated in the following manner: Purchase price stated on the invoice - handling /approximately 1.5 Euro/ - postage /approximately 2 Euro/ = refund amount. The same calculation for refunds applies also in case of other complaint proceedings.
